About This Site
I began this site in 2008 in an effort to share what I was learning about Christian spiritual formation. Much of my writing was an extension of Bible class teaching or reflections on ministry experiences. I’ve received a lot of great feedback and comments over the years by some faithful readers who have found the site helpful.
For 2010, I have changed the look of the site by adding some navigation features.
- The Bible Reflections Tab takes you to archived posts based on Old and New Testament passages. Whenever you can, check what I say against the Bible because it is only authoritative witness to the work, life, and ministry of Jesus.
- The Life Practices Tab takes you to posts that point out to simple things that you can do that I believe will help you grow to be a more faith filled person.
- The Spiritual Barriers Tab contains posts addressing attitudes and actions that inhibit spiritual growth.
- The What Others Think Tab takes you to posts with key quotations that I have found helpful in thinking about spiritual matters. I feel it is important to cultivate the habit of listening to truth, and these quotations can help you in doing that.
I’m hoping that these changes will let you browse the site more easily and find material that is challenging and helpful. You will also notice that the search window is still at the top of the page, and I plan on adding new content all the time.
You can subscribe either e-mail or RSS feed by clicking on the icons at the top of the page.
New articles always appear on the home page and are in chronological order.
